Prices
I used to train clients for an hour, as that seemed to be 'the norm'. But over time I have found that better results, increased motivation and higher energy levels (and a lower cost for the client) can be achieved with a 30-minute HIT (high intensity training) session. Less time, lower cost, same/better results. Bit of a no-brainer eh?
Therefore all prices below are based on 30-minute sessions:
- Personal Training Sessions - £20 each
- Buddy Training Sessions - £25 each
- Ladies Home Fitcamp - £59 per week
