Womens-Only Circuit Training Classes
Circuit training provides an efficient total body workout, which combines aerobic and strength training. In addition to helping to burn fat, circuit training is ideal for women who want to achieve a leaner, more toned shape. For older women, a one-hour a week circuit training class contributes to lowering blood pressure and the risk of osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.
Classes taking place in Belfast, starting w/c 6th September after summer break:
