With the number of ‘Biggest Loser’ and ‘Celebrity Fit Club’ type shows on TV these days, peoples’ perception of what Personal Training in Belfast consists of has become a bit skewed. So, for the record…
I am there to support and help you reach your goal – no screaming at you, no making you eat foods you detest – instead we focus on your own circumstances and how we can work together to fit in an effective fitness and nutrition regime.
Part of this is cutting out the effort it takes for you to actually train – I am a mobile personal trainer operating throughout Greater Belfast, meaning I come to you (home or local park). I explain more about how that works here.

There are 3 components to my programmes for Personal Training in Belfast:
1. Training sessions
I train most clients 1 or 2 times per week. Sessions are designed to be challenging, fun and targeted, while burning a ton of calories in the process. By mixing strength, cardio and core training, and keeping the intensity high throughout the session, we’ll add shape to your body, strip away body fat and drastically improve your overall health.
2. Nutrition Plan
This is just as fundamental to your success as the training sessions. The plan will be designed around your daily schedule, food preferences, and allow for a social life too – in this way you’ll be much more likely to be able to stick with the nutrition plan, and see phenomenal results.
3. Discipline & Motivation
This probably seems like the dull and boring part, but it’s the lack of this in the past that has probably seen your attempts at getting in shape fail so far. I’ll be giving you that 1-on-1 training and diet support that you’ve been missing until now, making sure you’re staying on track, and helping you overcome any obstacles we encounter in getting you looking and feeling great.
What next?
So that’s how the programmes for personal training in Belfast work. If you’re now wondering if they’re effective, have a look at my Testimonials page, or if you’re wondering about costs then check out the Prices page. Or just drop me a line if you’ve any questions or are looking for some advice!
