All programmes balance resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition.

Resistance training: Using your own bodyweight, cables or dumbbells, sessions will work all main muscle groups, while targeting your 'problem zones'.  Working with a personal trainer, you will learn which exercises are most relevant to achieving your goals and correct exercise form, breathing and intensity levels to ensure you see results and stay motivated.

Cardio: Clients receive a cardio plan (frequency, intensity, length) to complement the resistance training sessions and enhance aerobic fitness. Cardio work will focus on activity that you enjoy - no pavement-pounding unless you like it!

Nutrition plan: A guide to healthy eating that's designed to help you reduce body fat and customised to include foods you enjoy.


No exercises are prescribed that you do not feel comfortable with, and no foods are included that you do not like.
