It's hard to find the time to look after No. 1 with all these conflicting priorities of a house to run, maybe a career, family, kids...

The Ladies Home Fitcamp will take the legwork out of finding the time to get in shape. You'll get several 1-on-1 training sessions per week and ongoing diet support, without having to turn your world upside down, and finally:


  • wear the clothes you want, stop wearing things to hide the areas you hate; 
  • firm up the 'wobbly bits', increase fitness & stamina, and energy levels;
  • feel confident in your appearance again, comfortable in social situations;
  • structure your diet so you can lose weight without living like a monk!
  • finally feel like YOU are the one in control of your weight and body shape.

 


 

Ladies Home Fitcamp is a personal training & nutrition programme where the gym comes to you. Sessions take place in your home (not much space needed, all equipment provided).That means:

No travel to the gym, no gym fees, no posers staring at you... Regular, short, targeted sessions at times that suit you means not having to invest so much of your time to lose weight and get in shape.



 

Sessions can be early morning (from 6am) for those women with 9-5 jobs, while mid-morning sessions (from 9.15am up to 12.30pm) are ideal for those women at home during the day – take some time for yourself in between all your daily tasks and responsibilities.



What is included for just £59 per week with Ladies Home Fitcamp:


  1. 3 x half-hour 1-on-1 sessions per week - focused & fun - we train smart;
  2. Tailored, targeted, realistic diet plans - drop weight healthily, keep it off;
  3. Sessions at times that suit YOU, in your home - early & mid-morning slots;
  4. Training designed around your body shape goals and 'problem' areas.
